FJS Property Management is a family-owned industrial owner-operator based in Houston, Texas. We own the warehouses we lease, and we maintain them with our own crew. That's the whole model.

We started with a single building in Northwest Houston and have spent the last decades adding to a portfolio of distribution and office-warehouse properties along the US-290 and Beltway 8 corridors.
